Disclosure: We are NOT your ordinary AA meeting. Sometimes this meeting discusses topics that may be triggering for some folks. Do not hesitate to reach out to another member of the group or contact members through Whatsapp if you have a struggle. This family helps one another, and this meeting strives to be a safe place for all of us. If you ever feel triggered PLEASE REACH OUT to another member. We encourage everyone to put their number in chat during the last 15 minutes of the meeting. Feel free to write them down and USE them if you need someone!
A Clandestine Traveler AA meeting, (ACT), began it's resurrection from the ashes in January of 2024
The reasons behind the group forming seemed a terrible thing at the time but we have come to realize it was all a Blessing in disguise.
7 FOUNDING Members began the group and today we have over 50 attendants daily.
The core Principles and Traditions of this group are:
1.ANONIMITY What you see hear and what you hear here STAYS HERE
2.Safe, Carefree environment RULE 62 and shit-tons of it!
3.All-Inclusive -We are LGBTQ+ and non judgemental to anyone seeking recovery here
WE are accepting of any higher Power Or NON belief , We are secular and accept all forms of beliefs without criticism and we dont care what comes before your "A"
4. Focus is on Newcomers
5.We talk about all issues that affect your recovery WTH is an outside issue?!
6. EVERYONE MATTERS We dont descriminate or govern.
Wondering about the name A Clandestine Traveler?
Every Other Friday, this meeting is a traveling meeting! Our Host , Corinna, will pull up the Travel wheel and give it a spin and the whole fellowship travels to another meeting listed on intergroup. Information about where we are traveling to will be posted in our WhatsApp group as well as in our meeting chat. You can find the link in chat to join our Whatsapp by joining our meeting. We will be in our room for a bit then head to our chosen destination. This allows us to check out other meeting formats, learn from other groups and show support to all the recovery rooms out there! Join us and become a Clandestine Traveler too!
Whatsapp…What’s that? A chat platform set up by one of our members to keep in touch with each other 24 /7. It is not a part of the meeting. To join our Whatsapp group you will need to download the whatsapp and come to our meeting to find out how to join.

We have a 7 member steering committee which can be contacted by emailing travelersrecovery@gmail.com with any ideas, questions or concerns any member has. They are responsible for chairing m of m and for resolving any group issues that may arise. They are elected trusted servants from this group.
A Meeting of the Minds takes place the first Saturday of every month for the Main meeting.
ParkingLot Meeting of Minds is the 2nd Saturday of every month.
