ACT Parking Lot Script (read by chair)
Hello and welcome to the parking lot portion of the Clandestine Travelers. This parking lot follows the Clandestine Travelers traditions. We also use a 5-minute timer so that others have a chance to share. If time allows, you may come back in and share again.
This parking lot will be open for__(chair picks how long they are available) today. If you are a newcomer, you are particularly important to us, and we would love for you to come in first so we can get to know you a little bit better.
We want to ensure a safe environment for everyone. We believe in civility
and supporting our fellow members. Remember that everything you hear
in the parking lot needs to stay in the parking lot. Also, if you are drinking we ask that you listen only.
If you have any issues or concerns about the parking lot, please email - travelersrecovery@gmail.com.
The parking lot exists because members volunteer to host and cohost.
We are looking for more volunteers to help us to keep the parking lot open.
If you would like to help us please email: travelersrecovery@gmail.com
So, let’s begin. Any newcomers please raise your virtual hand to say hello or share.
Any burning desires. Etc. etc.
